My Approach

I have a collaborative / competency based approach which supports and challenges people to achieve personal and relationship goals.  I use a variety of strategies and techniques to provide temporary relief while the process of change or healing proceeds.  I utilize as brief an approach as possible to help people manage symptoms or stressors as quickly as possible while respecting the individual, families or group(s) need to work through their issues in a respectful and self directed way.
